We expect the timetable for the day to be as follows (subject to changes nearer the time):
1:15 – 1:45 pm Registration
2:00 pm Seating in your sections for a brief welcome and warm-up
ca 3:25 – 3.40 pm Refreshment break (drinks and biscuits are provided)
3:40 – c. 4:30 pm Final part of rehearsal for the choir (after which, the choir can leave)
4:30 – 5.15 pm Rehearsal with soloists only, which chorus members are welcomed to stay and listen quietly.
6.30 pm Doors open for evening performance; cloakroom space will be provided
6.55 pm Seated in your seats for performance
7.00 – 8.30pm Performance, including a 20-minute interval (drinks will be available for sale, all proceeds to Marie Curie Hospice Hampstead)
