We are delighted to have been able to arrange a singing away day for the choir on Sunday 8th October at Lauderdale House in Highgate. The day will run from 11.00am to 5.00pm. We also intend to book tables at Cote Brasserie in Highgate for an early dinner after the singing.
The day is open to all members, past and present and to anyone who might be interested in joining the choir.
Simon will choose an entertaining programme of music. In the past we have sung a mix of works from rounds, to madrigals, to jazz pieces to choral classics. You do not need to pre-prepare any music – we will be taught the music on the day.
It will be a fun day and an opportunity for us all to re-engage with the choir and get to know members of the choir to whom we don’t normally chat on a Wednesday evening.
